I am so frustrated with the linky thumbnail! No matter what I try I CANNOT GET A THUMBNAIL UP. I've been working on getting my thumbnail link up for an hour and my two year old has HAD IT with me on the comuter. ARGH.
I worked very hard on my story - my first piece of fiction in years and was soooo excited and anxious to link up.
I hope people will check me out this way!!!!

Hey guys - I'm without a computer and didn't feel like writing a story on my iPhone. But I'm reading and you guys are so amazing! Thank you so much for participating!

For the story Sharon's Freedom:
Oh, I love Sharon. She is a superhero!
There's a nice pace to this and I really enjoy the compactness of the story. I find that's hard to do, so I admire it when I see others accomplish it.
One of my favorite moments is when she sees the surfer. You drew me in with the tattoo and with Sharon watching him undress - that was really good. It made me know something important was happening even though at the time I wasn't sure what it was. And then, of course, you delivered on that.
I have to admit I haven't written a single word. I am a poet and a blogger, not a fiction writer. I am at a loss as to where to go with this one. Help!
@ Stacey-- Sorry the comments aren't working for you. :( Weird. Thanks for the comments! I've been trying to be more concise in my writing, so it's nice to know it seems to work without tons of words. :)
Oops! Sorry, that second one of mine (the little world thumbnail that says Adventures With Three Girls) was supposed to be on the Saturday link up. So ignore it. I hit the wrong linky. I'm going to blame my kids for it. :)
I have had so many site issues this week. It was down at the beginning of the week and now off and on since yesterday! I'm losing it. So... I'll post when I can. This prompt terrified me for some reason, but I managed to come up with something. Now, if I could just get my site to work so I can link up... Looking forward to reading everyone else's submissions!
I participated but wasn't able to get it finished and ended up posting it tonight instead of Friday. I had this silly idea I'd finish it late Friday and post it but it just never happened. Life, lol, it gets in the way!
Anyway, I posted it late, I hope that's ok. I really stressed over it as I haven't written a piece of fiction since high school. But then I read everyone else's and realized it's just plain fun to posted mine anyway.
